Rental Agreement
This contract (Rental Contract) You have entered with Zuberis Trading Pty Ltd comprises the rental document for the hire of the vehicle (Rental Agreement) and these terms and conditions of rental (Terms and Conditions)

This agreement is for duraton for which you booked a car.
Security Desposit has to be paid in advance
Terms and Conditions
Agreement can be extended as per mutual agreement between company and the Renter giving 1 week notice prior and will be subject to availability.
In case or early termination of the agreement $100 penalty to be paid and any rent adjustment will be made.
In case of fine nomination, $10 will be charged and deducted from Bond per nomination.
Comprehensive Insurance, Roadside assistance and Maintenance are included in weekly rates.
Renter of the car will be responsible for any Toll/Fines/Insurance Excess $ 1000 (in case of any damage excess is applicable)
Loss of key is $150 Charge.
It is Renter’s responsibility to look after the car on a regular basis viz checking oil and water at least once a fortnight unless there are signs of checking these earlier.
For the rental more than 4 weeks, it’s renter’s responsibility to take the car for service and service charges paid to mechanic can be adjusted with next rent or bond.
Flat tyre fix is also responsibility of the renter and must get it fixed as soon as possible.
Some cars may be tracked using multiple methods. If the tracking device is tampered with, the bond and remaining rent will not be refunded and the car may be asked to be returned immediately.
All tickets and Infringement will be nominated to the listed driver.
Renter must not carry any illegal or prohibited items in the rented vehicle and use for illegal purposes and strictly one driver unless informed in advance.
In case of any extra driver is found to be driving the car, the bond and remainder rent will not be returned, and the vehicle will be asked to be returned immediately.
In the event of non-payment of rent for 2 consecutive weeks, the company possesses the right to recover the vehicle without prior notice.

ODO meter reading and fuel level will be shared, and car has to returned on same level of fuel
You must have a valid Australian license which means your license is not cancelled, suspended or expired. If you don’t have a valid license, you cannot rent a car. Otherwise, your agreement will be void and your remainder rent and bond will not be refunded.
By adding a payment method (Credit/Debit Card) you are authorizing Zuberis Trading Pty Ltd to deduct relevant charges from payment method provided.
Any fraudulent activity & intentional miseading information will result in non-refunding of bond and any remaining advance rent.
You must responsibly pay your rent weekly
